I transferred to Connecticut from Atlanta GA with a fully
funded corporate transfer package and became very knowledgeable of the real
estate relocation processes. Native to Connecticut, I was happy to be back in
Southbury CT, and have lived here for over 20 years.  I have always been intrigued by the real
estate business and recently obtained my salesperson license. I have
successfully transacted purchases for family and friends and by far the most
impressionable was helping a US Air Force Veteran purchase his first home. I
have been exposed to many scenarios with the 11 real estate purchase and sell
deals that I have personally transacted for myself and my spouse and with a
complex short sale in early 2008 sale helping a friend. Before becoming a
realtor, I was a computer programmer and progressed to VP of Technology for a
